Meg is an independent educator, certified life coach, consultant, presenter and author, specializing in vision and values-based life crafting for the post-midlife “bonus years.” The current focus of her writing (articles and book in progress) and workshops is legacy. This work has intensified her professional and personal engagement in conscious elderhood/sage-ing, with its potential for transforming our culture. Founded and co-led the Life Planning Network, a community of professionals practicing/promoting holistic planning for the second half of life. Helped plan five Positive Aging Conferences, co-edited Live Smart After 50 (2013), continuous Board service. Enjoyed five “career-lets,” using PhD in untraditional ways. Former volunteer community mediator; long-time committed amateur flutist and yoga practitioner; devoted long-distance grandmother.
