Elders Action Network is partnering with the following organizations in mutual furtherance of our respective missions.

Network Building

Encore.org_Logo_w_tagline.jpgThe Encore Network is a resource for organizations and leaders who have a shared goals of transforming the aging of America into a powerful, positive source of social and individual renewal. In a world where midlife is being redefined as a longer period of active engagement and continued contribution, more than 50 Network organizations are developing new ways to envision this life stage and put this talent to work. While each has its own mission and audience, they work in three major areas:

  • Helping social purpose organizations and government agencies use encore talent
  • Helping encore-seekers discover what’s next and connect with opportunities
  • Strengthening communities by engaging encore talent

Environmental Stewardship

Gray_is_Green.pngGray Is Green encourages older Americans to respond to unprecedented ecological challenges. Actions may range from block-votes for policy changes to mass-market demands for sustainable living choices in housing, food, transportation, healthcare and urban design. In witnessing the cumulative environmental legacy modern society is leaving to our children and grandchildren, Gray-Greens hears the call to action.

Sustainable Living
